The LCMS Agilent 6100 “Single Quadrupole” series produces incredibly sensitive and selective spectral mass analyses in an astonishingly compact space.

Four models are available: the 6110 and 6120 are ideal for university laboratories and small industrial structures and the 6130 and 6140 are designed for pharmaceutical industries and major chemical laboratories.

• Rapid chromatography: with MS specificity, chromatographic resolution becomes secondary, sample preparation and analysis time is reduced.
  The 6140 provides 10000 amu/s and can instantly switch between Pos/Neg modes while maintaining optimal acquisition quality with precise isotopic ratios.
   
• Compact instrumentation: only 40 cm wide!
   
• Extraordinary sensitivity: detection of a few picograms with RSD < 5% and 10³ linearity for the 6110 and 6120, and up to 10⁴ for the 6130 and 6140.
   
• Multi-mode source: ionisation electrospray (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation (APCI) in positive and negative mode.
   
• Simultaneous acquisition of multiple signals: the LCMS 6120, 6130 and 6140 can collect up to 4 different acquisition modes selected by the user in a single run, providing for enriching sample data and reducing the number of injections.
   
• Lower maintenance: nebuliser orientation minimises transfer capillary cleaning and the ion source is very tolerant of non-volatile components in samples or the mobile phase. The vaporisation chamber opens easily for rinsing with solvents and self-aligns with pump nozzles.
   
• System qualifications: the LCMS 6100 integrates a wide range of functionalities for validating analyses and fulfils the strictest regulatory requirements.
